Our Foundation
Rx Research Services Foundation (RxRS FND) is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation organized exclusively for educational and charitable purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The Foundation develops a skilled, industry-ready workforce by expanding access to STEM education, professional training, apprenticeships, and employment. We serve STEM graduates, veterans, and individuals experiencing long-term unemployment to turn their potential into meaningful careers.
Through partnerships with colleges, universities, and employers, RxRS FND connects education with workforce needs. Our programs provide access to industry-recognized certifications, technical training, professional development, mentorship, and hands-on apprenticeship opportunities.
Our initiatives support the food, dietary supplement, and biotechnology industries by preparing professionals in food safety, quality assurance, laboratory sciences, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs. We increase awareness of STEM talent, strengthen employer partnerships, create sustainable career pathways, and mobilize resources to provide employment assistance to those who need it most.
